Cycle 1

There's nothing to do in Cycle 1, since we have got all the data we need on outcomes from earlier pages in the Wizard.

If your objective is to work out the size of the calling list that can be handled by a given number of agents, for a specified number of hours, then Oceanic® will not know the correct figure at this stage. It will assume a calling list size of 1000, for working purposes.
