For those of you who want to focus on the functions that outbound dialing offers, rather than having to think about which outbound method you are using, Oceanic® has this unique option.
Just as the name implies you can put together your own outbound dialer in any which way you like, from all the agent dialing states available in the Wizard.
You may find that once you have done so, your own method falls within one of the main methods that Oceanic® provides. But if you feel more at home with dialing functions than these methods, then the Cookbook may be for you.
And the Cookbook will also be useful to those of you who, for whatever reason, are running a single campaign using a number of different dialing methods. This may happen, for example if you are in transition from one dialing method to another.
