Work Scheduler

The Work Scheduler (Fig. 1) is a number of reports rolled into one, and can be shown/ hidden using the toggle button in the top toolbar, or F12 on the keyboard.

You can use it to

allocate and view agent workloads by day, month or week
allocate workloads using one time period, then switch to another period for viewing and printing
show not just agent hours, but commitments, and financial data, for whatever time period you choose
select out any holidays and non-working days.

We have packed all the relevant controls into just one report deliberately, as it allows you to experiment and easily switch between different data entry and view modes. Experience tells us that this is what most users want, but we welcome your views and comments aimed at making this report as specific as possible to your own needs.
