On the Extended Properties page, when the power dialing method or the Cookbook has been selected, this is one of the options for overdialing (the other being Reciprocal).

Oceanic® will dial out trunks at the rate specified for each agent available, e.g.

2	6	12 trunks
1.92	4	7.68 trunks (1.92 x 4), and using a randomizing technique to decide whether to dial at 7 or 8 trunks.

The value range is from 1 to 20, with 2 decimal places.
