Call Abandonment Target

This setting is enabled when you are in either predictive or power dialing mode, or have selected overdial while in Cookbook mode. In all cases you will need to set an abandoned call target with a maximum value of 5%, using up to two places of decimals.

Minimum values are

for power dialing - 0%
for predictive dialing - 1%

If you elect power dialing, then the target is treated as maximum, and, once reached, will act as a trigger for putting calls through to standby agents. The same can apply if you are in Cookbook mode.
