The purposes of this wizard page are

  1. to enter setup times in a campaign, prior to a call being made
  2. to enter the percentage mix of outcomes for live talks in cycle 1
  3. to enter a percentage not ready time, during which agents are logged in to a campaign but unavailable for taking calls(e.g. for quick tea and comfort breaks)
