This upgrade is similar to the upgrade from Simple preview to predictive.
The main point to note is that the investments in both scripting software and dialing equipment may well be at a more advanced level in the case of auto preview, requiring less additional investment. Agents too will be more experienced in handling calls quickly, and will have less adjustment to make, in going predictive.
