We have set some min/ max figures within the Campaign Wizard, partly to discourage people from wasting their time doing irrelevant simulations! We think that the limits we are giving you will satisfy anyone running serious outbound campaigns. However, we will listen to those who think that they should be wider. Key limits are as follows:

|---|---|---|---|
| Number of campaigns open at any time | No limit | ||
| Number of agents (per campaign) | 1 | 250 | We don't hear of too many outbound campaigns of more than 250 agents. However if you would like to work with a higher max, let us know. |
